ABOUT DAVID J. PERLMAN
BIO
Based in Philadelphia, David J. Perlman has practiced law for over thirty years, covering a range of substantive areas, including constitutional law, complex torts, mass exposure, personal injury, employment, defamation, insurance, business breakups, antitrust, banking, securities, class actions, telecommunications, unfair competition, unfair trade practices, negotiable instruments, real estate, lender liability, and other tort and commercial issues. He has appeared in Federal and state trial and appellate courts in numerous jurisdictions.
He began his career at Levin, Fishbein, Sedran and Berman, briefing ground-breaking mass exposure issues arising from Three Mile Island and Bhopal. He was later a partner at Fellheimer, Braverman & Kaskey. He was Of Counsel at Bochetto & Lentz before founding the Law Office of David J. Perlman in 2010.
EDUCATION
Mr. Perlman received a J.D. from Temple University, an M.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.A. cum laude from Middlebury College.
CREDENTIALS:
Mr. Perlman has served on the Executive Board of the American Bar Association's Council of Appellate Lawyers and as Editor of its publication, Appellate Issues.
